​We’d love to host you at Le Renard — here are our rates and the key details for planning your stay.

 

Rates

Summer (June, July, August)

€2,450 per week (approx. €350/night)

Weekly stays: Saturday to Saturday

Spring, Autumn & Winter

€1,750 per week (approx. €250/night)

Short stays

Shorter stays are available with a 3-night minimum — just email us for options.

​

Outside of high season, alternative arrival and departure days may be possible, and long weekends can sometimes be arranged depending on availability.

Early or late check-outs may be available too — just ask.

What’s included

  • Exclusive use of the entire house, garden and cocktail pool

  • All linens + bath towels + pool towels

  • A curated welcome pack, plus kitchen essentials to get you started

 

Booking Direct

When you book directly with us, you receive:

  • Best available pricing

  • Direct communication with your hosts

  • Flexibility where possible

 

To book, simply email and we’ll respond quickly (usually within the hour) to confirm dates and pricing. We’ll then send a confirmation email with the booking form, booking conditions, and payment details.

 

Once payment is received, your booking is confirmed.

No pressure — we’re always happy to answer questions and help you plan the best stay.

 

Payment

Payment options:

  • Wise transfer (preferred)

  • Bank transfer (optional)

 

Cancellation

Bookings can be cancelled up to one month before arrival for a 100% refund.

Cancellations after that are non refundable.

 

Of course, we’re always happy to discuss things if there are extenuating circumstances.

 

Security Deposit

A security deposit of €600 is required. This will be pre-authorised before arrival and automatically released after check-out (if there is no damage) using the Swickly app — without blocking or debiting funds.

Closest airports

  • Bordeaux: approx. 1 hr 15 mins

  • Bergerac: approx. 40 mins

 

Train

Vélines train station is around a 15-minute walk downhill (and approx. 20 minutes uphill on the way back!).

Getting around

A car is strongly recommended — it’s the easiest way to enjoy the region and access supermarkets, vineyards and nearby villages.

Parking

Parking is available at the house for a small car only. Otherwise, there is ample free off-street parking nearby, including:

  • Place de Mairie, approx 50 metres from Le Renard

  • Velines village outdoor parking square, approx. 100 metres from Le Renard

 

House Rules:

Le Renard is in a peaceful village setting, and we’re respectful of our lovely neighbours

  • No parties or events (to keep things peaceful for neighbours)

  • No pets (to respect future guests with allergies)

  • Smoke-free house
